Job Description:

Bounci is looking for a dedicated and skilled SEO Specialist to join our team full-time. We are a fast-growing company with a brand-new website, and we need an expert to help us establish and grow our online presence. If you're passionate about SEO, love tackling on-page and off-page challenges, and are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve search rankings.
Perform thorough keyword research to guide content strategies.
Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search engines.
Create and implement link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Work closely with content creators and developers to ensure all SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Requirements:

- Proven experience in SEO (both on-page and off-page).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Experience with technical SEO, including site audits, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights.
