Job Overview:
We seek a Senior SEO Content Writer with advanced English proficiency and a passion for crafting engaging optimized content. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tree service or landscaping industry (or a similar field) and a deep understanding of SEO best practices. You will create high-quality content that drives organic traffic and showcases our expertise in tree care services, ensuring our website ranks highly for relevant search terms and attracts the right clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize SEO-driven content for our website, including blogs, service pages, FAQs, and more.
• Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for high-value content within the tree service industry.
• Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to align content strategy with SEO goals.
• Revise and enhance existing website content to improve search engine rankings and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices, particularly those that impact local SEO and service-based businesses.
• Produce content that is not only optimized for search engines but also informative, engaging, and educational for our customers.
• Monitor content performance using SEO tools and adjust strategies to enhance results.
• Assist in creating content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO content writing, preferably within a service-based industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and local SEO strategies.
• Advanced command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and style.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Proven track record of writing high-ranking, high-quality content that drives traffic and leads.
• Ability to write straightforward, concise, and compelling content that resonates with local and broader audiences.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), mainly WordPress.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tree care, landscaping, or related industries.
• Basic knowledge of technical SEO, including mobile optimization and website performance.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other website traffic tracking and content effectiveness tools.
• Understanding of online customer behavior within service-based industries.
