Position Overview
The SEO & Content Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, creating high-quality content, and optimizing our online presence to attract and engage potential clients. This role is crucial in enhancing our firm's visibility in search engine results and establishing our authority in the family law niche.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve our website's search engine rankings
2. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content creation and optimization efforts
3. Create, edit, and optimize engaging, informative content for our website, blog, and other digital platforms
4. Collaborate with the Web Design & Management Specialist to ensure on-page SEO best practices are implemented
5. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using various tools and analytics platforms
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
7. Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular publication of relevant and timely content
8. Optimize existing content to improve search engine visibility and user engagement
9. Contribute to the development of the firm's overall digital marketing strategy
10. Provide regular reports on SEO performance, content effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in SEO and content creation, preferably in the legal industry
• Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and current trends
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar
• Familiarity with content management systems, particularly WordPress
• Basic understanding of HTML and technical SEO concepts
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the legal industry, particularly family law
• Familiarity with local SEO strategies
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
• Experience with content marketing and social media integration
