Job Overview
Claimsline group, a leading claims management company based in the UK, is seeking a talented and experienced Content Marketer to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing content marketing strategies to attract and engage our target audience, driving brand awareness and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content marketing, off-site SEO, and a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
* Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing calendar for both on-site, off-site and social media work.
- Conduct audience research to identify content needs and preferences.
* Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, SE-optimzed, engaging content including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and SEO best practices.
* Content Distribution and Promotion:
- Distribution of both on-site, off-site SEO and social media content initiatives.
- Develop and execute content distribution plans to maximise reach and engagement.
- Leverage various channels including social media, email marketing, and partnerships for content promotion.
* Link Prospecting & Outreach:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for link building through outreach to relevant webmasters, bloggers, influencers, and industry leaders.
* Link Review:
- Assess the quality and relevance of potential link sources, ensuring they meet our standards for SEO and brand alignment.
* Link Building
- Implement link building strategies and plan to improve niche, domain authority and search engineer rankings.
* Competitive Analysis:
- Perform competitor analysis to identify link-building opportunities.
- Monitor competitor backlinks and develop strategies to outperform them.
* Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.
- Provide regular reports on content effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Industry Trends:
- Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement new strategies and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
* Technical On-Site SEO and KW Research analysis are nice to haves.

Qualifications
* Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing.
- Minimum 2 years experience of link prospecting and outreach.
- Proven track record of successful content marketing campaigns with strong focus in YMYL & E-E-A-T strategies.
* Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* SEO Skills:
- Experience in implementing YMYL & E-E-A-T focused content marketing.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, Spyfu, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Close familiarity with the Search Quality Rater Guidelines.
* Creative and Analytical Skills:
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions
* Location: Remote
* Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 80,000 per month
* Hours: UK working hours, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
* Benefits: Professional development opportunities, remote working, 25 days holiday a year, bonuses for hitting medium and long-term targets.
* No time tracking softwares/screenshots. Work is project managed in Asana/slack.
* Opportunity to be trained directly for advanced SEO.
