At Area Ten, we're looking for an Account manager to join our growing global SEO technology and service business headquartered out of Australia. This role will be focused on servicing North American clients in North American time zones.
The focus of this role will be to assist clients with SEO but more importantly, to implement the worlds first and only programmatic SEO platform CMAX.ai which already generates 60 million visitors a month across our clients on autopilot. Please view this explainer video for details
We're after someone who lives and breathes Account Management and at a broader level digital marketing, who is passionate about delivering great results and service to clients.
You will be working as part of a team of highly experienced digital marketers servicing clients internationally. While this is a remote role, there’ll be constant interaction with our team in the US, Australia and Singapore. The hours of operation will be aligned with North American Time Zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the USA and Canada.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and technology.
Monitor and report on account performance and provide insights for improvement.
Ensure client retention and identify opportunities for account growth.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience as an SEO Account Manager in an agency interacting with North American clients.
Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Strong Onsite SEO Technical experience
Highly Analytical with extensive experience in data analysis and extracting insights from that analysis
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
