I have two existing websites www.onepilates.ie and Upgrade to see actual info which we are combining into one website www.onehealth.ie

I need to get the traffic from both of our existing websites into our new one and improve our SEO and be number 1 when you search a number of different criteria

Can you tell me what is the most important thing to do first?
