• Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping ads FAST
• Edit 3-5 videos PER DAY (all lengths/formats)
• Make strategic editing decisions (not just follow orders)
• Work independently with minimal hand-holding

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Premier Pro mastery (3+ years daily use)
• After Effects for basic animations/text
• Sound mixing/music selection
• Multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• English fluency for clear communication
