JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an SEM/PPC expert with design skills to manage and create all pay-per-click marketing activities with specialty in LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.

The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Twitter as well as other search and display marketing engines. A successful SEM specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO and marketing teams in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and acquire customers.

Responsibilities:

-Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
-Design ads that convert (image, video and copy) with full access to sales team to assist with content for this operation
-Work between Google, Youtube, LinkedIn and Twitter
-Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
-Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
-Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
-Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
-Research and analyze competitor advertising links
-Ability to correlate Campaigns with PR and SEO

Ideal Skill Set::

-5+ years experience working in a B2B Marketing or Sales Agency
-3+ Years of LinkedIn advertising experience
-Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter
-In depth knowledge of Hubspot Marketing Hub and ad management through this platform
-Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
-In-depth experience with bid management tools
-In-depth experience with google data attribution and tooling for tracking cross platforms
-Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Hyros, Click Magic)
-Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
-Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
-Marketing Strategy Development Experience (preferred)
