Sales Development Representative (SDR) NEEDED!

MANILA BASED SALES REPS - On-site role.

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable handling outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage and qualify leads
Follow up with potential clients, answer inquiries, and book appointments
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular updates
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead flow
Meet and exceed set KPIs and performance targets

Requirements:
Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Confident, energetic, and results-driven personality
Ability to handle objections and move prospects through the sales funnel
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software
