Latin Liquors Limited produces Volada Vodka: a vodka with Mexican flavors that is infused with real fruit. We are based in Texas, the number one vodka-producing region in the world and where Hispanics are the largest demographic group. Our product is sold exclusively at Total Wine, the leading liquor store chain in the United States.

Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on lead generation, outreach, and building partnerships. This individual will be responsible for creating and managing targeted lists for lead generation, conducting outreach to potential leads, and utilizing CRM systems to track and monitor outreach progress. The goal is to set up meetings with leads and develop relationships with potential sales partners, business connections, and even potential advisors or employees.

Lead Generation and Outreach Responsibilities
- Build and manage lists for lead generation, focusing on potential clients, business partners, and advisors.
- Conduct outreach to potential leads using multiple platforms (email, LinkedIn, etc.), introducing our company and products.
- Utilize CRM systems to track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and progress with leads.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between leads and our team, with a focus on establishing partnerships and driving business growth.

Brand Ambassador Program Management
- Conduct weekly outreach to brand ambassadors to confirm availability for upcoming events.
- Collect and review post-event performance reports submitted by ambassadors, ensuring data accuracy and addressing any issues such as low sales or feedback.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job ads to hire additional brand ambassadors.
- Conduct interviews and assess potential candidates to join the brand ambassador team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Highly skilled in list building and outreach techniques.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to monitor and track outreach activities.
- Ability to identify key individuals and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in perfect English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to set up meetings with leads effectively and professionally.

- Pay is based on experience, starting at $1500 per month (about $9 per hour)
