Job Title: Inbox Manager (SDR)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Inbox Manager to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming emails, with a primary focus on converting inquiries into scheduled calls. This role is performance-based, and compensation is tied to the number of calls successfully booked.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the inbox, responding to incoming emails promptly and professionally.
Qualify leads from incoming inquiries and identify opportunities to book calls for the sales team.
Ensure all responses are personalized and crafted to engage prospects effectively.
Use CRM and email tools to track communication and manage follow-ups with potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless scheduling and handoff for calls.
Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Report on the number of calls booked, conversion rates, and email engagement metrics.
Performance Metrics:

Number of calls successfully booked.
Response time to incoming emails.
Call conversion rates from inquiries.
Overall email engagement and follow-through.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales role, preferably as an SDR.
Excellent written communication skills with a knack for persuasive and engaging messaging.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations at once.
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving booking targets.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

Base salary plus commission based on the number of calls booked.
Performance bonuses for exceeding booking targets.
