Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The primary role of the SDR will be to engage potential clients through cold calling, introduce them to our services, and set appointments for further discussions with our sales closers. This position requires a high level of enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive approach under pressure. Responsibilities: • Make Up to 200 cold calls daily to potential clients, accurately presenting our service offerings. • Achieve a minimum 7% conversion rate on calls to appointments. • Schedule appointments for potential clients to speak with our sales closers. • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. • Meet or exceed appointment setting and sales targets. • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on client responses and product demands. Requirements: • Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a similar role. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Strong ability to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude. • Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to track multiple prospects and leads. • Experience working with CRM software is preferred. • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. • Must be available to work during Eastern Time Zone hours.
