JOB OVERVIEW

SDR | Cold Email & Appointment Setting
(Full-time, Remote)

We are looking for an SDR to manage cold email campaigns for our clients and respond to leads generated from those campaigns. You will manage email campaigns by building lead lists, doing market research, and writing emails that get interested replies. You will respond to leads by emailing and calling them, to qualify and warm them for our clients. The point is to produce as many qualified leads for our clients as possible.

Video Explanation:
This is a video recorded by me (the company’s founder). It goes over this posting and the job to give you more insight on this position:

Our Company:
Our clients are online B2B businesses and our job is to get them sales calls/meetings. We do this by sending cold emails on our client’s behalf, and then handling the responses from those emails. Our business could be referred to as ???Email Marketers’, ‘Cold Email’, or ‘Lead Generation’. We have several clients, each with their own email campaigns and replies to manage. Our clients include various industries like SEO marketers, insurance brokers, CGI agencies, and others.

Basically what we do is:
>We send out thousands of emails to leads for each of our clients

>Some of those leads respond to us

>We try to book them into sales meetings with our clients

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Cold Email Campaign Management: Manage cold email outbound campaigns for our clients. Build targeted lead lists using Apollo, build email campaigns using platforms like Instantly or Smartlead, do deep-research into the leads’ pain points and desired outcomes, and write emails that produce interested replies.

- Email Inbox Management & Warm Calling: Manage our clients’ email inboxes that respond to our cold email campaigns. Call any leads with phone numbers to warm and qualify them. Follow up with leads regularly. Use a CRM to send emails, make calls, and of course keep leads and the sales pipeline organized. The goal is to generate qualified leads & sales calls for ourselves and our clients.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Cold Email Campaigns: Our business revolves around cold email. We research our target market, build targeted lead lists, and write emails that get people interested in our client’s offering. You need experience doing all of this. We use a private software very similar to Instantly or Smartlead.

- Warming / Qualifying Leads by Calling: Calling leads to warm or qualify them. You need to have experience calling up a lead to see if they’re a good fit for us, and then try book a sales call. These are leads that respond to our email campaigns.

- Email Inbox Management: Managing multiple email inboxes, or chat support. Communicating with leads that reply to our email campaigns. Qualify leads and either pass them off to senior sales members or book sales calls.

- CRM Management: Primarily for follow ups and lead nurturing. We use Close CRM exclusively. If you have any experience building or setting up new CRMs that would be a big bonus to us.

English Requirement:
Your English skills need to be great, but not perfect. When you are calling leads we want them to think you are calling from somewhere in Canada or the United States. If you have a bit of an accent that is fine, lots of people in North America have accents (including tons of Filipinos).

Ask yourself this: If you called someone and told them you lived somewhere in North America, for example Calgary or Houston, would they believe you? Does it sound like you could be living in North America (even if you’re not)?

If you can answer yes to those questions then your English is fine for this job.

Work Requirements:
- Access to a microphone and camera for the duration of your shift. You won’t need a camera for any client work, but you’ll need a camera to have meetings with our team. You will obviously need a microphone for meetings and to call leads.

- Reliable power and internet. We understand that storms happen in the Philippines, but it will not be acceptable to regularly miss work.

- A quiet and professional environment. You need to be able to make calls without any background sound for the duration of your shift. We love kids, but you cannot have your children or or distractions in the room while you’re on shift.

Tools You’ll Use:
- Slack / ClickUp / Google Meet for internal team communication
- Email Sender (like Instantly or Smartlead) for cold email campaigns
- Close CRM for lead management (calling leads, followups, etc)
- Apollo & LinkedIn Sales Nav for building lead lists

Hours:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm Mountain Time

IMPORTANT NOTE: We run on Mountain Time (MT), which is 14 hours behind Manila Time. For example, if it is 1pm Thursday in Mountain time, it is 3am Friday in Manila time.

If you are not available Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm MT, do not apply for this job! No exceptions.

Pay:
Minimum of $7.00/hr, up to $9.00/hr

This wage will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
