About you:
Join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Aventus, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth. In this role, you’ll be essential in our growth strategy, responsible for verifying lead qualifications and executing our outreach workflows to nurture and convert prospects.
Responsibilities:
-Lead Qualification: Assess and verify the quality of leads to ensure they align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
-Outreach Execution: Implement outreach strategies including calls,
-Appointment Setting: Follow up diligently with prospects until appointments are successfully booked.
-CRM Management: Use HubSpot to track leads and manage interactions throughout the sales process.
-Collaboration: Participate in weekly sales audit meetings and contribute to team goals and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-English Proficiency: C2 (Impeccable grammar and fluent speaking).
-Proven experience in B2B selling services, preferably in the BPO industry.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
-Updated resume (only English).
What you can expect from Aventus:
At Aventus, we value your contributions and offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance. While we’ll share the specifics during the interview process, you can look forward to:
-Base Salary: USD 8 per hour
-Commission Structure:
$5 USD for each booked qualified appointment (up to 80 per month).
$10 USD for each booked qualified appointment (after 80 per month).
$75 USD commission for each closed deal (up to 5 deals per month).
$100 USD commission for each closed deal after 5 deals.
-PH Independent Contractor Benefits: Includes paid time off, monthly bonus, and worked PH Holidays paid extra. We do not provide PH benefits required by law.
