We are looking for a results-driven **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our dynamic team. The primary role of the SDR is to generate qualified appointments by making outbound calls to prospects from a targeted list. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and scheduling discovery calls for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects in the attraction industry.
- Engage with decision-makers to introduce Gatemaster’s solutions and schedule discovery calls.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure they are a good fit for our solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls and emails to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead generation goals.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Interest or experience in the attractions, amusement, or entertainment industry is a bonus.
