As SAP Production Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for optimizing and implementing production planning processes within SAP environments. Your role involves analyzing and enhancing production workflows to ensure efficient resource utilization, timely product delivery, and alignment with overall business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure SAP Production Planning solutions that streamline operations and support strategic decision-making.
MAIN DUTIES:
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
Responsible for completing project deliverables such as: Business Blueprint, Functional Specifications, System Configuration, Testing, User Training, Migration, Go-Live support, and other necessary documentations.
Perform a variety of activities to understand business requirements and to be able to translate them into a solution using SAP. This includes but is not limited to the following: requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, etc.
Provide guidance on the use of best practices and global standards to achieve simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness; and keeping up with the latest trends in the field of SCM.
Conduct presentations to audiences of different levels in the client organization on a variety of subjects/topics.
Identify and lead business process improvement opportunities which includes Change Requests.
Provide guidance/assistance to less experienced team members.
Ability to accurately scope tasks and estimate timelines for different activities related to PP.
Understand that development does not stop and that they keep up with (one of) the areas such as SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), SAP Intelligent Production Design or SAP Production Engineering and Operations.
In addition, this position will allow the individual to utilize his/her skills and experience by working with other consultants, build on his/her background, and contribute to the organization’s successes

REQUIREMENTS:
You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field, or equivalent work experience
Expert in SAP PP with 5+ years of experience in both implementation and support (ECC & S4 HANA)
Have at least 2 PP Full-cycle implementations as the functional lead
Can work independently with minimal supervision and is able to mentor Junior team members.
Experience with SAP FIORI is strongly preferred.
Equipped with strong communication skills (written & verbal) to handle meetings and correspondences with cross-functional audience.
Expert in the end-to-end business process of plan to produce.
Must have a strong knowledge in SAP Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Advanced Planning, Capacity Planning, EWM Production Integration, and (predictive) MRP.
Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI, MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM)
