Provide years experience for each, no exp for some does not mean you will be passed over.

We have an applicaion running the latest Rails.
First on the list of items to accomplish are variants on product orders and a payment system. Once this can be accomplished we will move into a more permanent role. Our compensation structure is base + bonus based on production.
Compensation will be by the featured project and could be php 5k - 15k per feature. Would like to move into a permenant position after these small features are completed. Think of it as a proving period. Lots of room for growth and pay increases.

You must speak English. We are a pro AI DevOps company. I would expect the developer to have embraced using this as a tool for their work. We am not looking for a guy to punch a clock, but a drive to create and building, making things come to life. We are a tight close group and this person will have a lasting impact and shape the direction of this software.

The salary for this position will grow along with the company and software progress. We are 100% commited to long term work with our engineers.
