Roofing Estimator/Project Manager

1. New construction residential plan takeoffs (Roofs and Elevations)
2. New construction commercial plan takeoffs (Roofs and Possibly Elevations)
3. Create estimates using GAF QuickSquares or Eagleview (Satellite roof measurements) or
measurements from a field estimator for residential roofs, siding and gutters utilizing Acculynx
software to create the proposal.
4. Create estimate packets using SumoQuote and CompanyCam software.
5. Sourcing materials and material pricing from vendors.
6. Communicate with commercial field estimator to ensure the correct measurements and photos are
acquired on site to produce an accurate and beautiful proposal packet.
7. Communicate with clients through the process if they require additional pricing for alternates.
8. Communicate with field estimator if additional field details are necessary to produce an estimate.
9. Communicate with field estimator to ensure the clients needs are met with the produced estimates.
10. Sending the proposal to the client and helping them with product selections.
