Roof Report & VA Estimator

Trimm Roofing is looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist in ordering roof reports and creating accurate roof quotes for customers using Roofr.com. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
-Order roof reports through Roofr.com to obtain accurate roof measurements and details.
-Create professional roof quotes based on report data and pricing guidelines.
-Ensure quotes are accurate, competitive, and delivered to customers promptly.
-Maintain and organize records of reports and quotes for tracking and follow-ups.
-Coordinate with sales and operations teams to refine pricing and project details.
-Provide excellent customer service when responding to inquiries about quotes.

Qualifications & Skills:
-Experience with Roofr.com (preferred but not required; training available).
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
-Basic knowledge of roofing materials and pricing (preferred but not required).
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
