We’re looking for a motivated, committed, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our fast-paced e-commerce team. You will play a key role in running ads, coordinating with designers and video editors, sourcing creatives, handling administrative tasks, and managing team operations. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Coordination & Team Management
Brief and collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality ads and product creatives.
Source new creatives (images/videos) from platforms like Backstage, ensuring fresh and engaging campaign materials.
Oversee team communication: schedule calls, manage internal calendars, and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage project timelines and workflows, ensuring the team stays on track.
Advertising and Campaign Management
Plan, launch, paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g.,
Administrative Support & Compliance
Handle administrative tasks such as booking calls with agencies, scheduling meetings, and managing
Identify and address DMCA violations from other brands or sellers who copy our creatives or listings, coordinating takedown notices as needed.
Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels, flagging potential stockouts or overstocks to maintain healthy inventory flow.
Analytics and Reporting
Provide regular updates and actionable insights to the leadership team.
Strategic Growth and Management
Assist in developing and executing strategies to scale our online presence and brand recognition.
Requirements:
Experience
3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, including running paid ads
Proven track record of managing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
Skills
Deep understanding of
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and communication tools (Slack, G Suite).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
