We are [Alcoholder] https://alcoholder.com.au , a premium drinkware brand based in Australia, running successfully for the past 10 years. We are looking for a full-time superstar Virtual Assistant with e-commerce experience to be my right-hand person, helping me run the business on a day-to-day basis. This is a long-term role for someone ready to grow with us!

This is NOT a flex job. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM - 5 PM AEST. If you do well, expect a raise within 90 days.

Be my super-assistant and help pull me out of the fire of all of my admin work. Speaking of admin work, that is a major part of the role:

Your Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management/B2C Operations

- Update Shopify store (orders, products, inventory management, etc.)
- Send email campaigns and optimize flows in Klaviyo
- List and manage products on Amazon, eBay, Faire, and other wholesale platforms

B2B Operations

- Manage Odoo (wholesale portal) – sales orders, invoices, booking shipments, and inventory management
- Send invoices via Xero, handle accounts payable/receivable, and follow up on overdue payments
- Send B2B email campaigns via Freshsales
- Lead generation & outreach – Identify potential B2B clients, gather relevant data (scraping tools provided), and manage outreach campaigns via Freshsales CRM

Administrative & Customer Support

- Manage business email inbox & respond to customer queries across email, phone, and social media
- Follow existing SOPs and create new ones for repetitive tasks (Notion/ClickUp)
- Assist with personal tasks (appointments, travel bookings, online purchases, sending gifts, bill payments, etc.)

Marketing & Content Creation

- Design email campaigns, brochures, and other graphics in Canva / Figma
- Create and schedule social media posts, engage with the audience, and edit basic graphics/videos

Supplier & Product Sourcing

- Research AI/web tools for new product ideas and marketing strategies
- Contact new suppliers on Alibaba, IndiaMart, etc. to get quotes and samples for new product launches

If you don’t know or have some of these, apply anyway, we are looking for a person with a positive, can do, and figure-it-out attitude. None of this is rocket science and any one with the curiosity to learn things and commitment can learn all of this quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong English skills (both written & verbal)

Experience as a Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant (preferably in e-commerce)

Exceptional organizational & time management skills

Self-motivated, takes initiative, and pays close attention to details

Experience with tools like Google Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, Freshsales, Odoo, Xero, Canva/Figma (preferred but not required – we will train the right person)

A positive, can-do attitude! We need a go-getter who loves learning and problem-solving.


Work Hours & Benefits:

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM AEST (Australian Time)

Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 AUD per month (based on experience)

Bonuses: First raise at 90 days based on performance

Work from Home: 100% remote position
