Looking for administrative virtual assistant to work mainly on simple real estate data entry/analysis, social media content creation and other administrative tasks.
Daily responsibilities would include:
1. Searching for real estate properties in the US on the internet, collecting information and inputting into database.
2. Performing basic analysis of real estate deals.
3. Maintaining a database of market information, brokers, property managers, lenders, potential investors, etc.
4. Requesting additional information from brokers. Booking calls for followup meetings as needed.
5. Creating simple social media posts
6. Other administrative tasks, as necessary
To qualify for the position, you will need experience in the following areas:
1. Real estate related administrative tasks
2. Virtual Assistance
In addition to having excellent English skills, you will need to use the applications listed below.
There is no need to be an expert but familiarity is advantageous.
* Conducting research using search engines and real estate sites
* Using social media like
* Word processing and Spreadsheet softwares

* Communication apps like Zoom,
* Work management systems like Monday
* Time management or time tracking software like TimeProof
This is a part-time position
Mondays to Fridays. Working hours are flexible
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day
If accepted, you will be provided with basic training on the tasks and data entry system to use.
You'll be working with the head of the company. As the business grows, there may be an opportunity for the number of working hours and pay to increase.
Salary and number of hours per week are negotiable.
