We are looking to hire our second Virtual Assistant. You will be working four days per week (10 hours each shift) and will work closely with the business owner, who is amazing, patient, and values his employees. We are a dog training and boarding company in Utah for over 18 years. This position is stable, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of helpful and supportive people.
We need help with various office tasks including:
-Answering customer calls and booking their reservations in the software we use called gingr.
-Answering calls from leads who have questions about our training programs, daycare, and boarding services.
-Respond to
-Photo/video editing for social media posts, flyers, online course, etc.
-Data entry on various software platforms (
-Follow up and reminders for critical tasks within our team.
-Interviewing applicants on Indeed
-Calculating different stats to help our team of 12 employees see how we're doing as a company (sales closing rate per employee, total company revenue, gross and net profit margins, etc).
We are looking for someone who will be up to the challenge of learning new skills and experimenting with new tasks regularly. We are always growing and evolving, so we need someone who is flexible and won't be frustrated by new tasks being added each week.
CRITICAL NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
-Creative talent to bring great ideas to our social media posts
-A great internet connection (we'll have you in a video call most of the day so you can work with our office team virtually during your shift)
-A very high level of English speaking so you can understand and communicate effectively with our customers.
SCHEDULE IS IN MOUNTAIN DAYLIGHT TIME (MDT)
-Sunday off
-Monday 9am-7pm
-Tuesday 9am-7pm
-Wednesday off
-Thursday off
-Friday 9am-7pm
-Saturday 9am-7pm
RATE:
•Starting rate is $5.50 per hour, which will increase to $7 if you pass the three-month probationary period.
•1 Guaranteed raise per year.

• Quick on your feet, initiative, and proactive.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Laptop or desktop computer with dual monitor.
• Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent or higher
• Internet speed above 50 Mbps
• Quiet working space
