As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, from customer interactions to managing appointments and updating our systems. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Rockstar:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
Build trust and rapport with customers by actively listening and resolving their concerns.
Scheduling Extraordinaire:
Manage and coordinate customer appointments and bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle last-minute schedule changes with poise and problem-solving skills.
Follow-Up Champion:
Reach out promptly to follow up on missed calls, ensuring no customer is left unattended.
Maintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM systems after every follow-up.
CRM Guru:
Leverage tools like GoHighLevel and Housecall Pro to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain up-to-date records.
Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify opportunities for improving workflows.
Problem-Solving Expert:
Calmly handle complaints and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions for customer challenges.
Team Player:
Work closely with other tea
Be proactive in suggesting improvements to processes and systems.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Expertise:
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Specialist, or similar role.
Proven ability to manage customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with tools like GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, Trello, Slack, or similar platforms.
Comfortable with basic troubleshooting and tech-related tasks.
Key Strengths:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.
Equipment Requirements:
Reliable computer or laptop with at least 8GB RAM.
Noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
Business Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. Specific shifts will be discussed during the hiring process.
