We manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties, providing guests with an exceptional experience and maintaining high standards of hospitality. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant with experience in short-term rental operations to help streamline day-to-day activities and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Respond to guest inquiries and booking requests through Airbnb, VRBO, and our property management software (Hospitable) in a timely, professional manner.
2) Coordinate with cleaning vendors and maintenance staff for regular property cleanings, hot tub services, and any repairs needed.
3) Regularly update Airbnb & VRBO descriptions to account for seasonal changes/events, update keywords and captions on pictures and move pictures around to keep the listing fresh.
4) Track and organize expenses, ensuring accurate financial records for each property.
5) Send out short-term rental agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed before each reservation.
6) Follow and maintain a comprehensive checklist of tasks to be completed before and after each reservation.
7) Develop and maintain a FAQ guide for each property based on existing notes and past guest communications.
8) Build a knowledge base of canned responses for guest inquiries, ensuring swift and consistent communication.
9)Maintain an impeccable standard of customer service, responding quickly and effectively to guests' needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in short-term rental management, preferably with Airbnb, VRBO, and Hospitable.
Experience with regularly updating Airbnb & VRBO listings, strong writing skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and manage vendors for cleaning, repairs, and other property services.
Experience with property cleaning scheduling software (e.g., Tidy, Turno) is a plus.
Ability to create and maintain FAQ guides and knowledge bases.
Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and responding promptly to guest inquiries.
Experience with building and maintaining direct booking listings is a big plus as well as we are currently working on that as a upcoming project.
