JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!
I'm looking for someone to play a critical role in our business.

You will be in charge of managing the communication between our daily cleanings (communicating w/ cleaners) and communicating with our active customers. Thus you must have great English, and communication skills. Operations and management experience is a plus!

You would be working directly with our FULL team. Our in-office manager, marketing assistant, and scheduling and data assistant. They are full time!
Primary responsibilities would be managing our daily cleanings in slack (ensuring teams are on time, get started, no issues, etc), and communicating w/ customers (if any issues arise, for different customer requests, etc.) There will be 10-20 cleanings per day - this is a full time position!
Other potential assignments may be added but these will be core responsibilities.

I will create tutorials for you for almost all of the tasks you will be doing and you will have a full training process.

- Pay: TBD. This will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply for the job

I'm the owner of an expanding cleaning service in Fort Worth, TX. We have an amazing team. I have been working with VAs for over 3 years now and all my VAs have been very happy to work with me. You will be given the opportunity to speak with my current VA / data entry specialist before you are hired.
