- Maintain a 4.5 customer satisfaction star rating.
- Optimize ticket reporting and tag visibility within Gorgias.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Gorgias, Live Chat (PerfectBot or Gorgias Bot).
- Social media experience with
- Experience with 3PL Management such as ShipBob for order management.
- Experience with Shopify order management.
- Proven experience with 3+ years of customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
