# Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful virtual assistant to join our online marketing team. As a Content and Community Manager you will be responsible for creating and posting the content for social media channels based on our guidelines. You will also manage the community and audience on all social channels.

# Must Have Qualities:

- You must be enthusiastic about internet marketing and have a strong desire to be a good social media manager
- Smart and creative in making content
- Good in graphics and copywriting
- Must know how to use Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Self starter with a killer "Get Stuff Done" attitude.
- A problem-solver not a problem-presenter
- Good leadership skills with abilities to organise and delegate
- Excellent comprehension and writing skills
- Effective communication
- Capability to balance logic with creativity
- Excellent research and reporting skills


# What You'll Do:

- Create and post social media content based on our provided guidelines

- Manage social and content channels including:
- Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok by:
- Curating and developing content as per our guidelines,
- Scheduling and posting content on all social channels,
- Engagement with audience
- Running polls, quiz, contests
- Running messenger bots, etc.

- Influencer marketing on Instagram and TikTok
- Managing paid advertisement on social channels
- To qualify for this job, in the subject head, write: "I want to work for you (owner of Canva)"
- Assisting our CEO with variety of research based tasks
- Learning from one of the customer obsessed baby goods brand in America on how to deliver the promise of happiness.
