Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to make outbound calls to property owners. Your goal will be to follow our script to qualify leads by gathering detailed property information and gauging seller motivation. This is a commission-only role where you’ll be rewarded for generating high-quality leads that convert.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls using our proven script to connect with potential property sellers.
Ask targeted questions to collect detailed property information (address, property condition, ownership details, repairs needed, etc.).
Qualify sellers based on their motivation and the property’s suitability for our buying criteria.
Accurately record call notes and input data into our CRM system.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call targets and quality metrics.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and follow-up.
Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales—real estate experience is a plus but not required.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
Ability to confidently follow a script while engaging naturally with prospects.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a comfort level working on a commission-only pay structure.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for making calls.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. You’ll earn based on the quality and quantity of qualified leads you generate. Detailed commission structure and performance incentives will be provided during the interview process.
