Organization & Administration: Proven ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and independently.

Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local real estate market and its trends.

Growth Mindset: Commitment to personal and professional development within the company (full-time, 40 hours/week).

Ethics: Adherence to ethical sales practices and a strong desire to build trust with clients.
Preferred:

CRM Experience: Prior experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
