JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated, goal oriented, results driven Rockstar Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This is a full time position where you will be managing my Amazon account.

Your tasks will include:

- Handle and grow accounts in multiple countries (USA and Canada)
- Daily account health checks
- Reimbursements from Amazon (for lost or damaged items)
- Monitor feedback (submit cases to remove negative feedback)
- Customer service (deal with customer inquiries and return requests)
- Inventory planning
- Create shipment plans
- Create commercial invoices for items crossing borders (training will be provided for this)
- Create Section 321 for items going across border (training will be provided for this)
- Order processing
- Listing products
- Order Returns
- Case management
- A-Z claims
- Reaching out to wholesale suppliers
- Searching for online arbitrage leads using Tactical Arbitrage
- Negotiate with suppliers


Requirements
- E-Commerce Experience is a must (if not - application will not be considered)
- At least 2 years experience with Amazon
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and very strong attention to detail
- Solutions oriented, a self-starter, and has a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, good team player and willing to work under pressure
- Hard worker
