Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Establish the overall creative vision for Gymtopia, aligning with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including graphic designers, video editors, media buyers, social media managers, and copywriters.
- Project Management: Oversee creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and up to the highest quality standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align creative initiatives with business objectives.
- Creative Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency and excellence in all creative outputs by reviewing and providing feedback.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze creative campaign performance, using insights to optimize future projects and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Proven creative leadership skills
- Strong team management abilities
- Strategic problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)

Work Hours:
- Regular shift: 8 am - 5 pm PST
- Onboarding: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm PST (2 days)
- Training: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm PST (2-6 days)

Compensation: $1,000 - $1,300 per month
