Robotic Process Automation Expert/Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Expert to design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Blue Prism. The ideal candidate will have experience in process analysis, bot development, deployment, and monitoring to optimize efficiency across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
? Design, develop, and implement RPA bots to automate business processes and workflows
? Analyze existing manual processes and identify automation opportunities
? Develop and maintain RPA scripts, workflows, and integrations with other systems (ERP, CRM, Quickbase, Zoho, etc.)
? Test, troubleshoot, and optimize bots for accuracy, efficiency, and performance
? Collaborate with stakeholders and department leads to identify automation needs and enhance productivity
? Ensure automation solutions adhere to best practices, security, and compliance standards
? Monitor bot performance and provide ongoing maintenance and updates
? Train and support internal teams in using RPA solutions
