Role Overview
We are seeking a person to join our Risk Management team with prior experience in a prop firm risk management role. This position will involve monitoring trader performance, enforcing risk parameters, and optimizing risk strategies to ensure the firm’s long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze trading activity across funded accounts in real-time.
Implement and enforce risk limits to protect firm capital.
Identify high-risk traders and take appropriate action to mitigate exposure.
Develop and refine risk management strategies to optimize profitability.
Collaborate with the support and trading teams to ensure compliance with firm policies.
Utilize risk monitoring tools and software to assess exposure and performance metrics.
Generate reports on risk metrics, trader performance, and market conditions.
Requirements
Proven experience in a risk management role at a proprietary trading firm (must-have).
Strong understanding of risk models, drawdowns, and trader evaluation processes.
Experience working with trading platforms and risk management software.
Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in fast-moving markets.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
