Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the CEO to execute strategic plans and initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performing team, managing recruitment, onboarding, and development.
Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and timely project delivery.
Foster a collaborative and motivated work culture that aligns with the company’s values.
Support the CEO in prioritizing tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring alignment across teams.
Utilize tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), automation platforms, and AI to improve processes.
Analyze business performance data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
Proven experience in team building, operations management, or executive support.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
Expertise in creating and optimizing workflows through SOPs and automation tools.
Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), project management platforms, and AI.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Experience working directly with executives or in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
