Revit Software Designer

We are seeking an experienced designer in commercial kitchen & laundry projects for a leading consultancy company. The candidate will be familiar with different brands of kitchen equipment and will be able to work in Revit, develop MIDP, kitchen layouts, equipment lists, MEP schedules, and MEP services rough-in layouts all in Revit. You have an eye for detail (answer blue to the eye color question below). You will report to the Project Manager and be organized, well-spoken, confident, and presentable. Knowledge of different languages is definitely a plus. We prioritize working knowledge and experience over educational qualifications. Remote working and WFH are possible after the completion of the probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create kitchen + laundry equipment layouts & itemized equipment lists
2. Develop MEP load schedules & MEP rough-in drawings (electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas, and internal walls)
4. Attend meetings and present your work to your PM and to external Clients
5. Prepare a project tracker that includes the progress + status of the tasks & delivery dates

Required Skills and Qualifications:

a. 1+ years of experience in Revit, BIM modeling and BIM collaboration
b. 2+ years of experience in kitchen planning and laundry layout engineering
c. Knowledge of kitchen equipment brands, MEP systems, technical data related to the kitchen, laundry & waste layouts
d. Proficient in Revit and BIM, knowledgeable about BIM LoDs, BEP, MIDP, etc
e. Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
