Reverse engineering public APIs for data scraping

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to assist in reverse engineering a number of public APIs for a project I'm working on.

Project Overview:

Your primary task will be to:

Identify the questions asked by the API.
Capture what the answers look like in the API requests.
This is an ongoing project that involves reverse engineering approximately 20 different APIs. Additionally, the project includes implementing screen scraping for websites that do not have APIs.

Initial Task:

To start, I'd like to offer a paid test task where you'll document the structure and behavior of one specific API. We're currently focusing only on comprehensive coverage and scenarios for users who know their vehicle's number plate. Additional options will be added later.

Skills Required:

Experience with API reverse engineering.
Familiarity with screen scraping techniques.
Attention to detail in documenting API structures.
