JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and optimizing occupancy levels for our properties through strategic pricing and effective revenue management practices.

Stress Free Stays is an independent serviced accommodation provider of unique and unforgettable accommodations for travellers in London. We offer a diverse range of properties, each designed to provide guests with an exceptional experience during their stay.

Objective:
• To maximise revenue and optimise occupancy levels across all properties

Responsible for:
• Monitoring and increasing bookings, revenue and occupancy levels.

Reports to:
- CEO

Hours:
18 Hours a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Suggested working hours
10am-4pm GMT

Key areas of responsibility:
• Track and log all booking inquiries in an Excel spreadsheet to monitor revenue and occupancy levels.
• Maintain daily records of income and occupancy levels to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize dynamic pricing strategies to adjust rates in real-time based on market demand, seasonality, and other relevant factors.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure our properties are competitively priced and positioned in the market.
• Generate financial projections and forecasts based on historical data and market trends to inform pricing decisions and business planning.
• Collaborate with the team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive bookings and revenue growth.
• Prepare quarterly income reports and financial statements to track performance against targets and goals.

Skills and characteristics required:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights effectively.
• Knowledge of revenue management principles and dynamic pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
