Revenue Manager for STR Property Management Company

Looking for an experience revenue manager to handle Pricelabs tweaking for a portfolio of over 28 properties. We’re part of a fast-growing company where we encourage our team members to work hard but also remember to have fun. We’re looking for a self-starter with great problem-solving skills who always has the best intentions of guests in mind with a very friendly, personable attitude and know the importance of creating relationships. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and soft skills will be critical to the role.
We're looking for part time - full time $600-$900/month, 40 hours/week:
work 5 days/week, rest 2 days/week, while working 8 hours a day
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
- Pricelabs experience is a MUST
- Prior experience working with Airbnb Customer Support OR a STR property management company
- Bonus: Experience working with OwnerRez, Touchstay, ClickUp, StayFi, Besty, Google Suite (Word, Excel), OpenPhone, WhatsApp, GroupMe, Pricelabs, Key Data, Slack, Notion, etc.
- High Proficiency in the English Language and has world-class communication skills: in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal & soft skills is a MUST
