We are looking for a Revenue Team Manager to take full ownership of our revenue growth. This role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, overseeing marketing and lead generation strategies, and ensuring revenue goals are met from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving sales performance, optimizing marketing efforts, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and KPIs to ensure consistent growth.
Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and optimize processes for better efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with overall business objectives.
2. Marketing & Lead Generation
Create and oversee marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and inbound lead generation.
Develop and optimize lead generation campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing,
Implement data-driven marketing tactics to maximize conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve ROI.
3. Revenue Growth & Optimization
Own the entire revenue process, from prospecting to closing deals and customer retention.
Develop and refine pricing strategies, sales scripts, and customer engagement tactics.
Identify new revenue opportunities and expand into untapped markets.
Work closely with leadership to set quarterly and annual revenue goals and execute strategies to achieve them.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, focusing on developing and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling sales teams.
Experience in marketing and lead generation, with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
