Revenue Analyst (Short Term Rental)

Casago has acquired Vacasa (Nasdaq: VCSA), strengthening our position in vacation rental management. We’re hiring a Revenue Analyst to optimize revenue strategies.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
• Implement revenue strategies and processes to maximize its revenues for the area
• Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices.
• Run pacing reports and become familiar with trends
• Identify new revenue opportunities
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and owners
• Daily pick up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
• Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
• Assist and create and develop a pricing strategy for each individual managed property. Keep in mind each unique home
• Manage all 3rd party distributions
• Analyze monthly performance of each home, providing a summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies
• Become familiar and advise teams on market trends
• Educate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and franchises on individual housing performance
QUALIFICATIONS
• Autonomous / Self Directed – Has the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed
• Attention to Detail – Successfully manages many small tasks / projects with an eye for details
• Adaptable and Flexible –Is able to complete tasks in a changing environment
• Interpersonal Communications – Communicates clearly and tactfully both in written and verbal format
• Time Management – Is able to triage and prioritize both day to day and longer-term projects
• Results Focused – Works as hard and long as needed to achieve results

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• College degree preferred or experience in revenue management preferred
• 2-5 years business experience / hospitality industry a plus
• Familiar with using Streamline, and other pricing tools a plus.
