Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Retool Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications using the Retool platform to meet our clients' business needs. This role involves working closely with our project managers and design teams to turn business processes into functional, reliable, and efficient applications.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications using Retool.
Collaborate with project managers and other developers to understand client requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Integrate various databases and APIs with Retool applications.
Customize UI/UX in Retool to provide clients with intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Conduct application testing, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Provide training and support to users on Retool applications.
Stay updated with new Retool features and updates to leverage in development.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Retool developer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Retool’s capabilities, including its integrations and interface customization.
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL.
Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and data integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
