Retail Outreach Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) | Base Pay + Commission

We are looking for a proactive Retail Outreach Virtual Assistant to help us expand our brand into retail stores. Your primary role will be to assist in creating sales materials, conducting email outreach, and scheduling meetings with store managers to introduce our fluoride-free natural toothpaste. This is a part-time position (4 hours/day, Monday-Friday) with a competitive base salary of $3/hour plus commission.

Base rate: $3 per hour
Commission: 3.5% to 10% of sales price
First order MOQ: 12 units ($10 per product) ? Commission ranges from $4.20 to $12 per sale
Repeat order MOQ: 72 units ($10 per product) ? Higher commissions possible
Most stores will reorder after their first batch!

Responsibilities:
Assist in creating pitch materials (sales decks, email templates, and pricing sheets).
Conduct email outreach to independent retailers, pharmacies, and organic stores.
Follow up with leads to secure meetings for our team.
Schedule and manage appointments with store managers.
Keep track of leads and conversions in a CRM or spreadsheet.
Qualifications:
Some experience in sales, email outreach, or appointment setting (preferred but not required).
Strong written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of retail, CPG (consumer packaged goods), or e-commerce is a plus.
Comfortable negotiating and persuading potential customers.
