? Plans and directs the operations of the store.

create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the
existing customer base.
? Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster positive environment.
? Responsible for the attainment of business targets through effective and aggressive sales
strategies, staff motivation, service excellence, cost management and efficient
administration of the department.
