Residential Interior Space Planner

I an seeking a Residential Interior Space Planner to assist with creating furniture space planning for existing 2D residential floor plans. The focus of each project is purely on space planning—determining the optimal placement of key items such as beds, seating areas, workspaces, exercise equipment, and other functional zones. You will be provided with an existing 2D floor plans and are expected to deliver scaled layouts that optimize flow, functionality, and efficient use of space. Items placed in a space should be given dimension markers in feet. No design input on colors, materials, or furniture selection is required.

These projects typically open 1-room lofts and studios that require between 1-4 hours of work, depending on the size and complexity of the space. Your work will be used in discussion for our internal meetings and do not need to polished for client presentation. You will be provided a CAD or PDF version of the floor plan (with scale markers) and list of functions for the space. You will return a CAD (DWG, DXF, SKP) or PDF file of the items placed in the space.
