Residential HVAC Estimator VA -

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team. This role requires expertise in residential HVAC estimating with strong proficiency in RightSoft and other HVAC software. Experience in Canadian HVAC systems is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, precise, and capable of handling multiple estimating tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Conduct sheet metal takeoffs, ductwork takeoffs, gas takeoffs, equipment takeoffs, AC line takeoffs, and hydronic boiler system takeoffs.

Utilize RightSoft and other HVAC estimation software to create detailed and accurate residential HVAC estimates.

Ensure all estimates comply with residential HVAC codes and regulations.

Work closely with project managers and sales teams to provide accurate job costing.

Maintain detailed records of estimates, revisions, and project scopes.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure proper execution of estimates.

Qualifications:

Mandatory experience in residential HVAC estimating (commercial experience will not be considered).

Expertise in RightSoft and other residential HVAC software.

Strong knowledge of Canadian HVAC systems (highly preferred).

Ability to accurately perform takeoffs for all aspects of residential HVAC projects.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
