Researcher and Writer

What we’re looking for:
We're on the hunt for a crafty, analytical, and captivating Ghostwriter who specializes in weaving words for social media and marketing. A wordsmith.
Your mission? Research and write video scripts for YouTube & Instagram, write blogs, emails, social media captions & ads, and amplify the voices of our real estate leaders.
This role is crucial in growing our clients social media following, their email database, and helping them attract new clients. Your written work will be the pulse that builds their brand, and impact their bottom line.

You're not just a writer; you're a brand storyteller. You’re the voice behind the brand.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and a deep curiosity & experience in content, social or human psychology, and a willingness to learn & gain a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities
Research and write compelling YouTube and Instagram scripts
Write weekly email newsletters
Turn videos into blogs
And possibly write social captions or ads
Echo client’s voice and brand

Requirements:
Write captivating YouTube video scripts, short-form video scripts (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), emails, and ad copy for clients in the real estate industry.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop compelling content that aligns with the client's goals and brand identity.
Research clients' past content and industry trends to understand their voice, tone, and target audience.
Tailor content to reflect the client's voice, tone, preferences, and feedback, ensuring consistent brand representation across all marketing materials.
Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and real estate industry trends, incorporating best practices and innovative ideas into content strategies.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
