Research and Data Entry Specialist

Hourly Rate: $5-7/hour
Job Type: Remote, Project-Based

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and accurate Research and Data Entry Specialist for a short-term project. The role involves populating a spreadsheet with information sourced from HubSpot's CRM, Kajabi's Contacts, and additional spreadsheets. You will be required to fill out approximately 20 columns of data for around 600 contacts.

Project Details:

Duration: Project must be completed within 5 days of starting.
Work Hours: Flexible; no specific hours required, but adherence to deadlines is crucial.
Tools: HubSpot, Kajabi, Google Sheets, and other resources as needed.
Future Opportunities: If this project is completed accurately and with attention to detail, additional ongoing work (10-15 hours/week) may be available.

Responsibilities:
Research and gather data from HubSpot, Kajabi, and other sources.
Accurately enter information into a Google Spreadsheet following the provided format.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Meet deadlines for the project.

Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry and/or research projects.
Familiarity with HubSpot and Kajabi is highly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Stable internet connection and own computer.
