JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a Research, Lead Generation & Sales Specialist (HubSpot & ZoomInfo Experience).

This teammate will research and build a list of prospective clients, manage leads in the CRM, and conduct call/email outreach and appointment setting.

Salary Range: Up to 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Must-Have:
3+ years of proven experience as an SDR, AE, sales representative, or similar role in sales.
2+ years of Experience with Hubspot and Zoominfo
Experience with Outreach activities via Calls and Emails
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Client-facing sales experience over video calls.

Core Tasks:
Conduct research to identify potential leads.
Qualify leads based on their potential for sales conversion.
Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Present products or services to prospects and articulate their benefits.
Enrich and decorate CRM data as needed
Create CRM sequences for mass outreach and follow-up
Manage outreach to warm prospects yet to book calls/meetings with sales reps
Book meetings on sales calendars as needed
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Provide training and support to customers to facilitate product adoption.
Manage and track customer account details and interactions in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies.
Daily agenda management (top-of-day email, daily meetings prep, task reminders, etc.
