Research Assistant (Pull & Summarize Data)

(1) Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Assistant to help gather information and build a database of US-based eCommerce companies. You will use tools like Helium10, Storeleads, Particl, and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) to gather, organize, and analyze data on while building this database. The ideal candidate is able to both “do the work”, quickly & efficiently building the database itself, while also being able to “zoom out” and synthesize & highlight trends in the data itself to produce actionable insights.

(2) Responsibilities & Requirements

Research eCommerce companies using Helium10, Storeleads, Particl and other tools.
Compile, organize, and analyze data in spreadsheets with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
Ensure data accuracy with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Summarize data with helpful and actionable insights.
Excellent communicator: You have fluent written and spoken English to collaborate effectively.
